721.04 DEFINITIONS .
   The term "pinball", "electronic game", or "mechanical device used for pay" means any device operated by hand or foot putting into operation or motion a ball, electronic symbols or circuits, or mechanism where figures, numbers, or letters change on each pull or push of a handle, knob, arm, plungers, or button, and used for the entertainment of patrons by the depositing of a coin therein or a charge made to play the game.
