Every license or permit issued hereunder shall be subject to immediate revocation by the Mayor upon presentation of proof satisfactory to the Mayor that the machine for which the license or permit has been issued is being used or permitted to be used for gambling purposes in any manner whatsoever. Written notice of such revocation shall be given to the holder of license or permit.
