(a) No person, or firm, corporation or association shall sell, offer for sale, or have in his possession any meat or meat food products derived from cattle, sheep, swine, goats or horses unless:
(1) In the case of meat it shall bear on each prime part the inspection stamp of the City of Cleveland, Ohio, or the Federal Bureau of Meat Inspection, or the inspection stamp of some governmental agency having inspection acceptable to Council.
(2) In the case of meat products, such as meatloaf, wieners, sausage and similar products, the inspection legend appears on the individual packages or on labels, tags, or on sufficient individual pieces so as adequately to establish the fact that it is an acceptable inspected product.
(b) This section shall not apply to any individual person not engaged or employed, or intending to engage or be employed, in the sale of any such meat or meat food products, and possessing the same in his own home or passenger vehicle solely for the domestic use of himself or his family.
