Any restaurant or other food service location selling at retail shall provide a police officer or licensed security officer between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m., when such restaurant or other food service location is open for business. Such police officer or security officer shall regulate traffic within the off street parking facilities; shall prevent drunk and/or disorderly conduct, rowdyism and noise or disturbances to others; shall immediately notify the Woodmere Police Department of any unlawful activity; and shall prevent such restaurant or other food service location from becoming overcrowded in violation of fire regulations.
