(a) Automatic Dialing Devices. No person shall use, permit or cause to be used, any device or telephone attachment which automatically selects any telephone line allocated by the telephone company to the Village or any of its departments or divisions.
(b) Certain Local Alarms. No person shall install or maintain a local alarm which sounds a horn, bell, buzzer or other type of alarm audible outside the premises, if such alarm does not become silent automatically with one-half hour after the device first sounds, or if the alarm produces an intensity of sound in excess of sixty-five decibels at 100 feet from the building being served.
