(a) No person shall tamper with, destroy, steal or remove any Municipal property.
(b) No person, without being duly authorized shall have in his control or possession any equipment, tools, implements or other property belonging to the Municipality.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
