It shall be unlawful and is hereby declared a nuisance for any person to store, place or allow to remain, motor vehicles in an inoperative condition, motor vehicles unfit for further use, automobile parts, machinery parts, scrap metal, refuse or rubbish on any lot, lots, parts of lots, or parcel of land within the corporate limits of the Village.
