(a) No person not an elected official, officer or department head or authorized employee shall use the official Village seal or stationery of a facsimile of the same without having been authorized to do so by an elected official, officer or department head.
(b) No elected official, officer, department head or employee of the Village shall use the official Village seal or stationery except for official Village business or in connection with the Village newsletter.
