(a) Smoking shall be prohibited in all areas of buildings and other enclosed structures owned by the Village.
(b) The Director of Public Works shall place signs that are clearly visible and that state “NO SMOKING” in all separate areas within all Village-owned buildings and enclosed structures.
(c) Any person smoking in any area designated as a “No Smoking” area or any person removing signs from areas designated as “No Smoking” areas shall be subject to the penalty set forth under Section 521.10 herein.
