(a) No owner or occupant of abutting lands shall fail to keep the sidewalks, curbs or gutters in repair and free from snow, ice or any nuisance. (ORC 723.011)
(b) The owner, occupant, tenant or agent of any multi-family, office building, or other commercial property, shall clean and remove snow and ice from any sidewalk area in front of or sideline of such property in order to prevent an accumulation in excess of two inches in depth, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, inclusive.
(c) The owner, tenant, or occupant or the agent for any residential single-family property, shall clean and remove snow and ice from accumulating on a sidewalk in front of and along the side yard of such person’s property to prevent an accumulation of four inches in depth between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, inclusive.

(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
