§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 151.01 through 151.05 shall have committed a civil offense and shall be subject to a maximum fine of $250 for each violation thereof, subject to the following schedule of civil fines for each offense:
      (1)   Uncontested violations:
         (a)   First offense: $100;
         (b)   Second offense: $150; and
         (c)   All others: $200.
      (2)   Contested violations:
         (a)   First offense: $150;
         (b)   Second offense: $200; and
         (c)   All others: $250.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 151.06 through 151.14 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, in a court of proper jurisdiction, shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $100, or imprisoned for not more than 20 days, or both. Each and every day during which such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
