(A) All areas within the incorporated limits of the city shall be zoned “A” one-family residence district.
(B) Any and all existing structures not presently being used as residences are hereby classified as being in a “non-conforming use”. All of such latter uses are clearly depicted and set forth in red on the attached plot of the said city, reflecting the zoning uses of the land.
(C) The following zoning rules and regulations shall be in full force and effect.
