It shall be the duty of a host under this subchapter to ensure the following.
(A) The short-term rental meets all smoke detector requirements set forth in the Louisville Metro Code of Ordinances and a clearly marked evacuation plan is posted in the premises.
(B) There shall be no more than one contract per short-term rental at a time.
(C) No host shall permit short-term rentals which, in the aggregate, exceed 30 days per calendar year.
(D) At no time shall more than six persons reside in the short-term rental.
(E) There shall be no signage on the premises of the short-term rental advertising or identifying the short-term rental.
(F) Short term rentals shall be permitted by only those hosts who, at the time of the enactment of this division (F): (1) are registered for a short term rental pursuant to §§ 114.02 and 114.03; and (2) are in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations set forth in § 114.04, including but not limited to, any and all federal, state, and local laws relating to short term rentals as variously defined by any and all federal, state, and local laws.
