Each annual registration for a short-term rental shall include the following:
(A) The name, address, phone number and email address of the host and the person who shall be responsible for addressing any maintenance or safety concerns;
(B) The location of the short term rental; and
(C) A non-refundable fee of $250 shall accompany the registration of a short-term rental.
