It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or organization to dispose of grass clippings, plant or tree clippings, tree limbs, miscellaneous debris and/or other waste products, including, but not limited to, throw away household items, toys, furniture, appliances and the like into public easements within the city or into public easements adjacent to said corporate limits.
