(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person or firm violating § 50.05 hereof shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
(C) Any person violating any provision of § 50.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.
