§ 50.05 REMOVAL AND COLLECTION OF MATERIAL PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or firm other than the city’s contract garbage carrier, employed by the city to collect and dispose of said garbage and other recyclable materials and to remove said recyclable materials from the collection area of any resident or firm within the city.
