§ 33.45 BUDGET PREPARATION PROCEDURES.
   (A)   The Judge/Executive, County Treasurer and Jailer shall prepare and submit to the Fiscal Court a proposed line-item jail budget and an estimate of revenues for jail operations from federal, state and local sources by April 1 of each year.
   (B)   The Judge/Executive shall obtain budget proposals prepared by each county office or agency receiving funds from Fiscal Court. These proposals shall include salary recommendations as well as operating costs and equipment requests.
   (C)   The Judge/Executive shall prepare an estimated statement of receipts to be anticipated from local, state and federal sources.
   (D)   The Judge/Executive shall review the expenditures in each classification of each fund for the preceding year and for the current year.
   (E)   The Judge/Executive shall obtain from the County Treasurer an estimate of expenditures for the remainder of the current year and of any surplus, by fund, which will remain.
   (F)   The Judge/Executive shall obtain from the Sheriff an annual settlement, showing county taxes collected, not later than May 1 of the current year.
   (G)   The Judge/Executive shall submit the completed proposed budget to the Fiscal Court not later than May 1 of each year.
