§ 33.15 AUTHORIZATION OF COUNTY CONTRACTS.
   Every contract, change or amendment thereto of the county shall be authorized or approved by Fiscal Court before it is executed by the Judge/Executive, and every contract of the county, except small purchases, shall be approved by the County Attorney as to form and legality.
