§ 71.04 REPAIRING VEHICLES PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.

No person shall park or stand a motor vehicle upon a public street or in a public parking lot for the purpose of maintenance or repairing. However, the provisions of this section shall not apply to emergency repairs.
