§ 32.126 EXPENDITURES.

Cities and county may appropriate a sum during the fiscal year of each to be expended by the Commission to carry out this subchapter. The Commission shall submit its proposed budget to cities and county for the coming fiscal years in accordance with the laws and regulations prescribed for or established by each for budgetary matters.
