§ 112.02 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR; OFFICE AND FUNCTIONS.

There is hereby created the office of Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator. The Administrator shall be the Woodford County Judge/Executive. The duties of the Administrator are to carry out the provisions of this chapter and all other state and local laws pertaining to the sale of alcoholic beverages in the County of Woodford. The Administrator shall make an annual written report of his or her office's activities to the Woodford County Fiscal Court.
