(A) Hampton H. Henton, Jr., of 6749 Frankfort Road, Versailles, Woodford County, Kentucky 40383, is hereby authorized and requested to serve as incorporator for and to organize a non-profit, non-stock Kentucky corporation under the provisions of KRS Ch. 273, to be named the “Woodford County Rural Land Board, Inc.” and hereinafter referred to as the “Woodford County Rural Land Board.”
(B) The Woodford County Rural Land Board shall be an agency and instrumentality of the Woodford County Fiscal Court. It is organized for the purpose of preserving and managing agricultural, rural and natural lands within Woodford County consistent with the most recently adopted comprehensive plan. There is no state statutory authority to create a taxing district for this purpose.
