§ 32.065 CREATION.

A joint Board of Adjustment is hereby created, which shall be known as the Versailles-Midway- Woodford County, Kentucky Board of Adjustments. The Mayors and County Judge/Executive shall appoint the members with the approval of their respective legislative bodies, and not more than a total of 2 shall be citizen members of the Planning Commission.
