(A) Number of members. The Planning Commission shall consist of a total of 9 members, with at least 6 of the members being citizen members. Three members may be from city and county government.
(B) City members. Versailles’ representation shall total 4 members, 1 of whom may be a Councilmember of the City of Versailles appointed by the Mayor. At least 3 members shall be citizen members, all of whom shall be approved by the Council.
(C) County members. The county’s representation shall total 4 members, of which at least 3 shall be citizen members and 1 may be a government member. The government member, if appointed, shall be a member of county government who shall serve until his or her successor is appointed and qualified.
