(A) No person, firm or corporation shall develop any tract of land as a subdivision within the county without first having obtained the approval of the Woodford County Health Department.
(B) No subdivision development shall be approved unless:
(1) Connected to a public sewerage system approved by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection; and
(2) The subdivision plat (together with a topographical map) is submitted in duplicate to the Woodford County Health Department prior to construction.
