§ 153.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SUBDIVISION. An area of land subdivided or intended to be subdivided, on and after October 17, 1973, into not less than 3 lots which are intended to be used for the construction of houses or buildings for human habitation.
