The decision of any landowner opting to have his or her property determined to be an historic structure under this chapter may be withdrawn only by a successor titleholder to the real property upon which the historic structure(s) rest. The successor titleholder shall file a release of determination with the Woodford County Court Clerk, at his or her expense, to void any historic structure determination.
