§ 151.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BUILDING. In addition to its ordinary meaning, any structure constructed or used for residence, business, industry, government, education, religion, entertainment or other public or private purposes, or accessory thereto.
   HISTORIC STRUCTURE. Any building or structure situated on real property in any historic district, and a landmark or other site, building, structure or other object included in or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places maintained by the Secretary of the Interior under the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, 16 U.S.C. § 470 et seq.
   STRUCTURE. In addition to its ordinary meaning, anything constructed or made, the use of which requires permanent location in or on the ground or attachment to something having a permanent location, in or on the ground, including but not limited to buildings, signs and rock fences.
