§ 150.03 BUILDING INSPECTION PROGRAM.

(A) Pursuant to KRS 198B.060, a building inspection program is hereby established in the county for application to all buildings, including single-family dwellings as provided in the adopted codes.

(B) The building inspection program in Woodford County shall include plan review and inspections of structures subject to the Kentucky Residential Code (815 KAR 7:125).
