§ 130.18 NOTICE POSTED.

The Woodford County Road Engineer, or his or her designate, shall procure and securely and conspicuously post, at the entrance to the aforesaid boat ramp, the following notice:

NOTICE

DISCHARGING OF FIREARMS, ATV OPERATION AND OBSTRUCTION OF BOAT RAMP PROHIBITED ON THIS PROPERTY.

VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED, FINES OF UP TO $250.00.
