§ 130.17 BLOCKING THE BOAT RAMP.

(A) It shall be a prohibited, criminal activity to park any motor vehicle or watercraft in a manner as to block or encroach upon the Cummins Ferry boat ramp.

(B) It shall be a prohibited, criminal activity to picnic, camp or engage in any activity upon the Cummins Ferry boat ramp which restricts watercraft access to same.
