(A) The Woodford County Fiscal Court shall review rate filings pursuant to the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992 and all applicable FCC regulations.
(B) The Woodford County Fiscal Court shall provide public notice of rate filings and invite public comment thereon, conduct public hearings and undertake to review the filing materials.
(C) In connection with the regulation, the Woodford County Fiscal Court will ensure a reasonable opportunity for consideration of the views of interested parties.
