§ 93.46 POWERS OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
   The executive committee or other committee shall have and exercise all the authority of the Board except to the extent, if any, that the authority shall be limited by resolution appointing the executive committee or other committee. Each committee appointed hereunder shall have and may exercise only the authority as delegated to it by the Board.
