§ 93.45 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
   The Board, by resolution adopted by the majority of the Board, may designate 1 or more of its members to constitute an executive committee or 1 or more other committees. The designation of any committee and the delegation thereof of authority shall not operate to relieve the Board, or any member thereof, of any responsibility imposed by law.
