§ 93.19 AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS.
   The Board may authorize any officer or officers, agent or agents, to enter into any contract or execute or deliver any instruments in the name of and on behalf of the Department, and that authority shall be general or confined to specific instances.
