The notice to abate weed growth issued under that provision of this subchapter shall contain:
(A) The location of the weed growth;
(B) A directive to abate the weed growth by cutting, uprooting or plowing under the weeds, as specified; and
(C) A statement that if the weed growth is not abated as directed, the county will abate the existence and assess the cost thereof against the person.
