§ 92.18 NOTICE TO ABATE.

Whenever weeds are found to exist, the Woodford County Chief of Police or a duly designated representative of the Woodford County Health Department shall give 10 days’ written notice to the owner or occupant of the property upon which the weeds are found to exist.
