§ 92.16 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   WEEDS. A wild, luxuriant growth of underbrush; undesired and uncultivated plants growing in a profusion so as to crowd out a desired crop; and consistent, saturated and uncontrolled growth of high grass or other rank vegetation which tends to disfigure a lawn.
