§ 92.05 ELECTION CAMPAIGN SIGNS.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of this section is to impose a duty upon those persons who advertise their candidacy for political office by placing posters, signs or bumper stickers in a conspicuous manner in the county, which serve to inform the public of their candidacy, to remove all posters, signs and bumper stickers, excluding stickers on motor vehicles, once the election has been held as they are unsightly and serve no legitimate purpose once they become outdated.
   (B)   Duty to remove. The candidate for any city or county political elective office and the county chairman for any state, national or district elective office candidate in Woodford County, prior to any given election, shall remove or have removed all signs, posters and bumper stickers, excluding stickers on motor vehicles, advertising the candidacy from all places in Woodford County that they are displayed, and shall cause the removal to be completed within 5 days following the election for which the posters, signs or bumper stickers have been displayed.
