§ 92.04 YARD SALE SIGNS.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of this section is to impose a duty upon those residents who advertise limited private sales of goods or merchandise in their home or on their property by placing posters or signs in a conspicuous manner in the county which serve to inform the public as to the time, date and location of any sale, to remove all posters or signs once the sale has been completed, as they are unsightly and serve no legitimate purpose once they become outdated.
   (B)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
YARD SALE. Any sale of goods or merchandise of any kind conducted on private property, either by the residents thereon or if sanctioned by them.
YARD SALE SIGN. Any form of notice posted in a conspicuous manner or place, which contains information as to the sale itself, or as to the time, date, address or telephone number where same is being or is to be conducted.
   (C)   Duty to remove. The owner or occupant of any residence where a yard sale has taken place, upon completion, shall remove or have removed all yard sale signs advertising same by nightfall of the day after the particular yard sale has ended.
