For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MUCK. Defined as being (but not limited to) straw, hay, sawdust or other material normally used as bedding in stalls for horses and other livestock.

NUISANCE. Any condition or use of premises or of building exteriors which is detrimental to the property of others; which causes or tends to cause substantial diminution in the value of other property in the neighborhood in which the premises are located; or which causes or tends to cause discomfort to other persons using or residing upon other property in the neighborhood because of odors, fumes, noise or any other noxious emission from all activity upon the premises upon which the detrimental condition or use is located; provided, however, those normal farming and agricultural practices and activities usually carried on in the county shall not be included in this definition of NUISANCE.
