(A) County roads are all roads defined by and described in KRS 178.010(1)(b) and 100.277(4), copies attached to Ord. 8-95 and incorporated herein by reference.
(B) All of the county roads listed and described in the attachment styled “County Road Attachment” and dated August 8, 1995, incorporated herein by reference, are hereby accepted as a part of the County Road System, which system shall include all of those listed roads, and others which might later be adopted by this court, formally or by operation of law.
(C) The County Road Department, at the direction of the County Road Engineer, shall maintain all county roads as needs and standards dictate.
