(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person who violates § 70.02 is subject to being cited or summonsed to Woodford District Court, Traffic Division, in Versailles, Kentucky.
(2) Any person who violates § 70.02 shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $100 for each offense, plus court costs.

(C) The penalty for a speeding violation on all county roads is a fine and court costs as determined by the Woodford District Court, and as set forth by the Kentucky General Assembly, currently codified in KRS 189.394.
