Unless a lower limit is approved by the Fiscal Court and posted by the Woodford County Road Engineer. The speed limit on all county roads, except subdivisions as treated in § 70.16, shall be 50 miles per hour (mph). Exceptions to the 50 mph limit are listed in Chapter 72, Schedule III.
