(A) There shall be stop signs and other traffic control devices on the various streets and at various intersections in Paddock Place Subdivision as are determined appropriate and necessary for the safe movement and flow of traffic in that subdivision and for the proper movement and flow of traffic in that subdivision as may be determined by the Woodford County Road Engineer.
(B) The specific details of the traffic control devices shall at all times be on file with the Clerk of the Woodford Fiscal Court in the Office of the Woodford County Judge/Executive.
(C) All changes as made by the Woodford County Road Engineer from time to time shall be in writing, signed by the Road Engineer, approved by the Woodford Fiscal Court and signed by the Woodford County Judge/Executive and kept on file in the above-mentioned office.
