(A) Upon petition by an applicant that undue hardship will result from the provisions of this regulation, the Woodford County Board of Health may grant a variance to the applicant, provided that no such variance will result in a public health nuisance.
(B) NOTE: At a meeting on October 31, 1973, the County Board of Health granted a variance for all parcels or tracts of land of record in the Woodford County Clerk’s Office, either in the form of a recorded plat and/or by deed description, on or before October 24, 1973.
