§ 51.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. A septic tank and/or subsoil drainage system designed for the purpose of treating and disposing of waste water and human excreta accumulated and disposed of on the premises.
