§ 31.32 PRESIDING OFFICER.
   (A)   The Judge/Executive shall be the presiding officer of the Fiscal Court at all regular meetings and special meetings.
   (B)   If the Judge/Executive is not present or able to preside, a majority of the magistrates shall elect 1 of their number to preside.
