§ 50.072 DISPOSAL SITES.
   All solid waste, including bulky waste, shall be disposed of within a sanitary landfill having a valid permit issued by the Cabinet in compliance with KRS 224.43-010 et seq. and this chapter. Disposal may also be effected through use of a staffed convenience center maintained by the county.
